Position Overview Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a friendly demeanor will help ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. From managing appointments to assisting with insurance and payments, your role will be crucial in keeping our office running efficiently while making every patient feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and welcome patients, making them feel at ease.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient intake and paperwork.
Verify patient insurance information before appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and track outstanding insurance claims.
Assist patients in understanding their benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
Collect co-pays and payments, process financial transactions accurately, and assist with payment plans when needed.
Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Support the dental team with administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly.
Multitask effectively, balancing front desk responsibilities with insurance coordination.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Who We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
At least 5+ years of experience with dental insurance is preferred.
Proficiency with Eaglesoft, Schick, and 5D iTero Element digital scanner is a plus.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with the team.
