Schedule- Evening Pharmacist schedule: 3:30pm to midnight Monday to Friday with rotating every other weekend
Key Responsibilities Execute day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, production quotas, and deadlines are met Ensure compliance with
local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations , including DEA requirements Maintain compliance with
third‑party payer contract rules and regulations Supervise pharmacy production staff to ensure: Proper order entry Secure pharmacy operations Accurate workflow and adherence to delivery schedules Review and verify all new and refill prescriptions for: Label accuracy Packaging integrity Clinical appropriateness Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of
sterile IV compounded medications Assist with ordering, receiving, storage, documentation, and inventory control of
controlled substances , including Schedule II medications Maintain perpetual inventory requirements where applicable Ensure the
workflow dashboard is cleared daily Provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during scheduled rotations Adhere to
HIPAA
and all applicable government regulations Comply with departmental policies related to safety, attendance, and dress code Perform additional duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership
