About the Role This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues. They will also perform system administration tasks and provide help desk support to employees.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Required Skills
Strong technical support skills, including experience providing support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Experience in Information Technology, including knowledge of operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
Ability to perform system administration tasks, including server configuration and maintenance.
Experience in providing help desk support to employees, including ticket management and escalation procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, Netsuite experience highly desired.
IT certification such as CompTIA A+ is a plus.
Domestic travel required.
