Expertise in using sourcing tools and data-driven strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Gem sourcing tool
Familiarity with the latest technology and recruitment tools
