Forklift Operator

We are hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Stand‑Up Forklift Operator to support our warehouse operations in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Pay:
$19.25
Shift Premium:
$1.00 for second shift
Pay Increase:
$0.75 after 6 months
Schedule:
Second Shift, Monday‑Friday 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and perform all warehouse functions—loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products for truck loading.
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator’s License certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with a good attendance record.
Demonstrates accuracy under pressure and a high level of initiative.
Physical ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
Available to work flexible schedules and various shifts.
