Controller

Arco Supply, Inc. is looking for a skilled accountant to join our team. With a competitive salary starting at $110,000 - $120,000. As the Controller at Arco Supply, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success - working directly with the company president. Responsible for all daily accounting operations and human resources for a mid‑sized business (approx. 25 employees). Full‑time position. Includes full benefits.

Responsibilities

Create and report financial statements to the owner on a monthly basis.

Develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and projections to support strategic decision‑making.

Monthly bank reconciliations.

Weekly payroll.

Cut checks daily and send out wire transfers.

Work with the CPA to report taxes.

Oversee all insurance policies.

HR Manager responsibilities.

Other accounting and support‑related tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CPA is a plus.

Experience in distribution is a plus.

Excellent references.

Spanish speaking is a plus.

Compensation Compensation: $110,000+ annually
