This individual will process expense reports and reimbursement requests within established department guidelines and with knowledge of operational processes and procedures. Maintains full working knowledge of the Concur Travel System and the Web Travel System and demonstrates/explains use of the system to customers. Minimum Experience & Education

Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Minimum Years of Education After High School: 2 Required Skills

Ability to interpret and enforce policy requirements; strong customer service through both written and verbal communication. Must have full working knowledge of the Concur Travel System and the Web Travel System and demonstrate/explain use of the system to customers. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Training

At least 2-3 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting plus detail‑oriented. Ability to identify process errors and streamline escalation as necessary. Experience with expense report submissions for accurate documentation and information requirements. Knowledge of university, state, and federal policies for compliance purposes. Recruitment & Compensation

Anticipated hiring range: $20.00 hourly. Job open date: 01/05/2026. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (remote). Legal & EEO
