Security Room Supervisor
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Security Room Supervisor to oversee daily security room operations and manage shipping‑related activities through a menu‑driven computer application. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily security room operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor and manage shipping activities using a menu‑driven computer application
Accurately process and verify shipping data with a high level of attention to detail
Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and verification of shipments
Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipping records or system entries
Maintain security logs, reports, and documentation
Train and guide staff on security procedures, system usage, and protocols
Communicate effectively with operations, shipping, and management teams
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all security standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in security, operations, or a supervisory role
Extensive computer experience, including working with menu‑driven applications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to learn job‑specific details quickly and adapt on the run
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with shipping, logistics, or inventory‑related systems
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, detail‑focused environment

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
