What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts to drive sales

Establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals, including doctors and clinics

Execute account strategies and territory planning to ensure high customer satisfaction

Maintain Salesforce records accurately and on time to track sales activities

Participate in sales training programs and assist in planning and executing trade shows

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of three (3) years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device, and/or pharmaceutical industries

At least two years of experience using CRM or Salesforce

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the medical device industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Strong business acumen with an ability to understand competitive offerings

Above‑average presentation skills

Team player with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
