Medical Office Manager
ENT & Allergy Associates of Florida has been serving patients for 62 years. Join our dynamic team at our Palm Beach Gardens office for a full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑5:00 pm position that offers comprehensive ENT medical and surgical care.
Job Description Assist in planning and analyzing practice operations. Envision a driven, self‑motivated professional who keeps the best interests of the team and providers in mind.
Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and hire clerical and clinical staff
Coach and develop staff while promoting teamwork
Engage and motivate staff to achieve personal and organizational goals and objectives
Analyze operational workflows for multiple departments to ensure efficiency and best practices
Implement and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Oversee accuracy of coding, charge capture, and posting
Manage daily tasks associated with front and back office operations
Ensure clinical compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations
Ensure staff and providers complete yearly educational requirements as directed by the Compliance department
Ensure timely completion of payroll and HR functions
Participate and attend management meetings (monthly/quarterly)
Medical Requirements
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting, Finance, Nursing or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare management
Understanding of medical office operations sufficient to oversee day‑to‑day functions and support physicians and administrative staff
Strong judgment, discretion, and decision‑making skills to achieve organizational objectives
Ability to organize and integrate organizational objectives to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional, respectful interaction with patients, physicians, and team members
EMR experience
Strong computer literacy
Bi‑lingual is a plus

Physical Demands Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity needed to use various medical equipment and office tools. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and traveling between clinics. Capability to lift up to 15 pounds is required. Salary will be determined based on experience. Salary: $25.00 per hour.
