As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and interpreting medical images, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing high‑quality medical services, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
Interpret and analyze medical images including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss imaging results
Provide timely and accurate reports for diagnostic imaging
Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and medical staff
Stay updated on advancements in radiology and imaging techniques
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Participate in case discussions and departmental meetings
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Radiology is preferred
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in radiology
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of medical imaging technology and software
Current medical licensure in the state of Florida
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8a‑5p
Setting: Remote
Duties: Reading nuclear medicine cases and PETs
Must be board‑certified
Paid travel & expenses
