As a
Clinical Coordinator
at our South Mountain clinic in Phoenix, AZ, you will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI) or general mental health diagnoses under court‑ordered treatment. This full‑time position requires a professional, friendly, self‑starter who is organized and compassionate, and is based at 36th Street and Baseline.
Role Overview Schedule:
Monday – Friday (no weekends required). Hours:
40 hrs/week.
Location:
36th Street & Baseline, Phoenix, AZ. Bilingual Spanish:
Plus (Additional language differential pay available). Competitive compensation and full benefits package, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
Serve as the clinical supervisor of an interdisciplinary team, providing clinical and administrative supervision, oversight, training and mentoring to case managers, peer mentors, wellness coaches, family mentors and rehabilitation specialists.
Ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
Develop and implement assessments and individualized service plans, in accordance with regulatory guidelines, for each team member.
Work under the direct supervision of the Health Center Director.
