What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales growth and market share for Peripheral Vascular products in the assigned territory
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve objectives while maintaining and expanding market share
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers to drive therapy adoption
Educate customers on product features and ensure effective use of products
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and share market intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience
Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and account development goals
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
8+ years of B2B or Healthcare Sales experience, with 6 years in selling medical devices or capital equipment
Degree in biological science or business preferred
Experience and knowledge of operating room and hospital protocols
Demonstrated ability to educate medical personnel effectively
Recognition as a top performer, such as a President’s Club winner
