Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Some managers lead Departments and may manage Systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management; set goals; delegate tasks; follow up; report results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executes sales promotions, trains service staff, and organizes Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures high‑quality food, fast service, food safety, cost control, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.
The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates crew throughout their employment.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
