Water Project Manager – Wright-Pierce
Wright-Pierce, an award‑winning, multi‑discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Water Project Manager to join our Drinking Water team. The successful candidate will manage and execute municipal water and wastewater projects throughout greater New England and can work out of any of our office locations.
Location: Portland, ME.
Responsibilities
Management, oversight, and execution of a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects.
Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating small‑to‑mid‑scale projects.
Perform portions of large or complex multi‑disciplinary projects.
Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance the organization's standards and delivery of services.
Manage and mentor junior‑level staff.
Perform research assignments and pilot studies as needed.
Participate in water/wastewater industry professional organizations.
Essential Functions

Experience
10 years’ work experience executing a variety of municipal and industrial drinking water and wastewater projects.
Experience managing multi‑discipline project teams.
Experience with preparing proposals and scopes of work.
Certifications
Licensed Professional Engineer.
Education
B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
