Accounting Specialist

A growing third-party logistics organization is seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join their team. What You'll Do:

• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Monitor and track budget performance and highlight significant variances
• Review AP/AR transactions and address inquiries
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and analysis

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances or trends
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
