As our Senior Contract Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, tasked with sourcing, assessing, and securing top talent for a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical space. You will leverage your deep understanding of the industry, technical acumen, and best practices to enhance our talent acquisition strategy and elevate our companys growth trajectory./ppYour contributions (include, but are not limited to):/pulliAct as a strategic partner to hiring managers, defining, refining, executing, and communicating search strategies tailored to specific job requirements/liliCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define unique search parameters, and provide market insights/liliSpecialize in technical recruiting, leveraging your expertise to source and attract candidates for commercial pharmaceutical roles/liliAnalyze industry, products, and geographical trends to inform talent acquisition strategies and determine optimal recruiting sources/liliPromote the company image to candidates and external service providers, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience/liliWork with agencies, recruiting contractors, and third parties to conduct targeted employment advertising campaigns/liliAssist with the immigration process and act as a liaison with immigration attorneys when necessary/liliIdentify critical skills and roles in partnership with leaders, building a proactive pipeline for future hiring needs/liliManage applicant flow meticulously, ensuring timely review, disposition, and advancement of resumes/liliFacilitate and participate in candidate interviews and the selection decision process/liliPartner with hiring managers to define interview team roles and focus areas using both technical and behavioral interviewing models/liliProvide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and business partners/liliParticipate in the selection of external search partners, as necessary/liliCollaborate with HRBPs, the compensation team, and hiring managers to make job offer recommendations, secure necessary approvals, and extend offers to candidates/liliAssist with the creation and enhancement of special programs and initiatives, such as employee referral programs, brand recognition improvement, interviewer training, and diversity and inclusion initiatives/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field/lili6+ years of relevant experience within the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry/liliDeveloping reputation inside and outside the company related to expertise/liliExcellent computer skills, communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills/liliAbility to see the broader picture and understand the impact on multiple departments/divisions/liliAbility to meet multiple deadlines across various projects/programs with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency/liliExcellent project management skills/liliExperience delivering full-cycle recruitment services/liliExperience working and negotiating with outside search partners/liliExperience in a fast-paced organization/liliProven track record in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates/liliExpertise with sourcing such as LinkedIn or AI tools; experience using ATS systems required.
