Collaborate with customers, Software Engineers, and Architects to define capability needs and deliver high-quality business solutions Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle within Agile scrum teams in various roles Support requirements testing, including planning, scenario development, documentation, and defect management Ensure compliance with organizational standards and secure necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing clear documentation and project status updates What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in report writing and SQL How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry Certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
