What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with customers and software engineers to define capability needs and develop high-quality business solutions
Actively participate in Agile scrum teams, fulfilling various roles such as Business Technical Analyst, User Interface Designer, or Tester
Support comprehensive requirements testing, including planning, documentation, and defect management
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and secure necessary approvals throughout project lifecycles
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing clear documentation and status updates
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologyli>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
