to join our Group Finance team at our
Newstead
campus on a
full-time, maximum-term basis through to July 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening financial processes, training tools, and reporting improvement across Mater’s procure-to-pay function, while contributing to system optimisation and organisation-wide transformation initiatives.
Salary range: $108,207 - $117,732 per annum

What you’ll be doing In this role, you will support continuous improvement and informed decision-making across Mater’s procure-to-pay processes by:
Analysing, evaluating, and documenting end-to-end procure-to-pay processes to identify improvement opportunities
Analysing procurement and financial data to support insights, reporting, and decision-making
Develop in-system training using the WalkMe digital training tool
Recommending and supporting implementation of process and control improvements
Developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project artefacts to track performance and outcomes
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to support change initiatives and system improvements
Developing documentation to support newly implemented processes and system changes
About you You are an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and stakeholders to drive meaningful improvement. You will bring:
2–4 years’ experience in an analytical role, ideally within finance, procure-to-pay, or supply chain functions
Experience supporting transformation or system implementation projects (highly regarded)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Visio, or similar
Exposure to ERP systems such as D365 or SAP (advantageous)
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality and governance
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (desirable)
