Job Description
Reviews and analyzes contract terms to ensure compliance with fair market value standards.
Conducts thorough assessments of external valuations submitted through the contract review process.
Collaborates with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate contract evaluations.
Identifies discrepancies in contract terms and recommends adjustments to align with fair market value.
Ensures all contracts and valuations comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Prepares detailed reports and documentation to support fair market value assessments.
Communicates findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Provides guidance and support to departments on fair market value principles and practices.
Monitors industry trends and updates to maintain current knowledge of fair market value standards.
Participates in training and development activities to enhance expertise in contract valuation.
Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to fair market value reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's (Required)
Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) - Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range: $83,699.48 - $179,045.63
