Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Bookkeeper based in Pinellas Park, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing journal entries, and using accounting software for day‑to‑day transactions. Additional responsibilities include tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to support the operational and financial success of the business.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in financial statements preparation and analysis
Proven expertise in bookkeeping and journal entries
Experience in using accounting software and familiarity with finance operations
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
Ability to work effectively in an on‑site collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is highly valued
