What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of experience with Lean/Six Sigma
1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
