What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with customers, software engineers, and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
Participate in the full software development life cycle as part of Agile scrum teams in various roles
Support requirements testing, including testing plans and defect management, to minimize production defects
Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing accurate project documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or healthcare
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in SQL and Agile methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
