What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with customers and technical teams to define capability needs and deliver high‑quality business solutions

Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle within Agile scrum teams in various roles

Support comprehensive requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze customer impacts

Ensure adherence to organizational standards and secure necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle

Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing clear documentation and project updates

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation

Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma

1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry

Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
