What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and deliver quality business solutions

Participate in the full software development life cycle as an active member of Agile scrum teams

Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impacts

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting

Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology or Healthcare

Thorough understanding of healthcare data and clinical processes

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

1 - 3 years of experience in the broader Healthcare industry

Six Sigma certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
