Guide and educate patients and families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and at-home exercises
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility protocols
Participate in multidisciplinary care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings for coordinated patient care
Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Certifications
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification is preferred
Specialty certifications (e.g., in neurology, geriatrics) are advantageous but not mandatory
Skills
Significant experience in the field is highly desirable
