Job Summary

We’re seeking a strategic, communicative, and compassionate physical therapist who will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their ability to move. The goal is to alleviate pain and improve physical function, using flexible, collaborative, and innovative approaches. This role may require lifting, transferring patients, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that aid patient recovery, improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Document patient information for evaluation.

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, schedules, and self‑exercise programs for home use.

Maintain documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Analyze and record therapeutic progress; recommend necessary adjustments.

Follow guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures during therapy.

Qualifications

Appropriate education level and licensure in accordance with state requirements.

Licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.

Valid driver’s license may be required.

Maintain required department specific competencies and certifications.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
