We are seeking a strategic, communicative, and compassionate physical therapist who will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit mobility. Your role will involve developing and implementing flexible treatment plans, collaborating with physicians and APPs, and providing education to patients and families. Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. Document patient information for evaluation and maintain records in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements. Educate patients and family members about treatment plans, schedules, and self‑exercises for home use. Record therapeutic progress, recommend adjustments, and follow guidelines, regulations, and safety procedures. Qualifications
Appropriate education level required for state licensure. Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice. Valid driver’s license may be required. Maintain department‑specific competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers within the first 60 days. Benefits
