This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) at CROSSROADS UROLOGY in Lima, OH. Qualifications
Skills in patient care, taking vital signs, administering medications, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic clinical tasks.
Experience in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work as part of a healthcare team.
Familiarity with medical terminology and proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Current LPN license or MA certification in the state of practice required.
CPR certification and ability to respond to emergency situations effectively.
Previous experience in urology or similar specialties is a plus.
Compassionate demeanor with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
