Job Summary We are seeking a strategic, communicative and compassionate physical therapist to diagnose and treat patients with conditions that limit movement, improving quality of life by alleviating pain and restoring function.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize and deliver physical therapy programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
Document patient information for evaluation.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, schedules and home exercises.
Ensure documentation complies with department guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Analyze and record therapeutic progress; recommend necessary adjustments.
Follow guidelines, regulations, standards and safety procedures in the therapy process.
Qualifications
Appropriate education level and state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Licensed in the state(s) of practice.
Valid driver's license when applicable.
Maintain required department competencies and certifications (including Basic Life Support within first 60 days).
