Field Service Technician – Break/Fix (Printers & PCs)
Pay Rate: $23–$24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Some Saturdays, overtime, and on-call rotation as needed)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (Remote/Dispatch from Home – within 75–80 miles)
About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Field Service Technician to support multiple customers with break/fix and project work, with a strong focus on printer troubleshooting and repair. This is a customer‑facing role where you’ll dispatch from home and travel to client sites as needed.
You’ll diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while documenting work, managing parts, and providing great customer service.
What You’ll Do
Run break/fix service calls for dispatch customers and projects
Troubleshoot and repair printers, PCs, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose complex hardware and software issues
Install, upgrade, or replace hardware and software as needed
Maintain documentation, case notes, and user account information
Order and replace parts when required
Train users and recommend solutions that best fit customer needs
Participate in on‑call rotation and occasional weekend work
What We’re Looking For
Strong printer break/fix experience (required)
Ability to diagnose complex PC, laptop, and printer issues
At least 1+ year of hands‑on technical support or field service experience
Comfortable traveling to customer sites (mileage varies)
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with general supervision
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+ (nice to have)
Familiarity with field service tools (Clearvision / FieldVision)
