Field Services Technician
Pay Rate:
$21.00-22.00/hr Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week + overtime, weekends & after-hours as needed Location: Arnold, MO 63010(Techs dispatch from home – within 50-mile radius) Contract to Hire
About the Role We’re looking for a customer-focused
Field Services Technician
to support multiple clients with hands-on
break/fix, IMAC, and project work . This is a traveling role where you’ll dispatch from home and visit client sites daily.
You’ll handle hardware repairs, installations, and upgrades while keeping case notes, schedules, and equipment tracking up to date. An after-hours on-call rotation is part of the role.
Important:
Daily driving is required (approx. 50–150 miles/day).
What You’ll Do
Perform break/fix, IMAC, and project support for laptops, desktops, and printers
Travel daily to client locations
Schedule site visits and manage equipment ordering, tracking, and returns
Update case notes in real time and maintain clear communication
Participate in an after-hours/on-call rotation
Support multiple client environments with a strong customer-service mindset
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of hands‑on field service or technical support experience
Experience repairing laptops, desktops, and printers
Previous experience in a traveling field services role
Comfortable driving up to 150 miles per day
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Certifications
CompTIA A+ or similar
Manufacturer certifications (Lenovo, Lexmark, Fuji, etc.) are a plus
Additional Details
Dispatch from home (remote start)
On‑call rotation required
Clearvision/FieldVision tools will be used
Interviews starting ASAP
