Key

Responsibilities(Essential Functions)

Master Data and Storeroom Management: This role is crucial for building and maintaining accurate master data. They will assist in identifying and documenting spare parts, creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) for key assets, and ensuring parts are correctly linked to equipment in the CMMS to support a reliable parts program. Will facilitate swift improvements in critical spares storage and use.

Work Order (WO) Data Integrity and Analysis: Supports data analysis by ensuring work orders are closed out accurately. This includes verifying that time, parts, and failure codes are correctly entered. Will perform data analysis on key Maintenance and Reliability program metrics.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Will implement day-to-day improvements and problem resolution within the Maintenance and Reliability program. This includes supporting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts in determining causes of equipment failures. Will generate continuous improvement ideas to further enhance maintenance capabilities.

Asset Strategy Documentation: Supports the development and documentation of asset strategies. They will help create and update standardized PM procedures and checklists, ensuring best practices are captured and followed for all critical equipment.

Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Support: This position will support and facilitate PdM activities such as thermal and vibration routes.

This position is responsible for supporting the maintenance department’s compliance with all food safety and quality policies and procedures.

Education Requirements(Evaluation Factors: Skills, Education, Experience, Abilities)

High School Diploma or GED

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience: Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and an aptitude for working with database systems. Experience with a CMMS is a plus.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with team lift for anything over 50 pounds..

Working Conditions

In-office environment. Computer, email, and phone related tasks.

Occasional work in salt production environment, indoors and outdoors.

Other Requirements

Must be able to complete and pass post-offer checks to include, but not limited to, background, drug, references, and education.
