What You’ll Do The Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance (PM) Analyst will administer, test, and implement computer databases, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities include application development, testing, and deployment in various software including SAP High-performance ANalytic Appliance (HANA). The analyst will document and configure SAP PM, perform mass loads of data, and create and perform documented testing, train users, and maintain documentation using agile project‑management and software quality‑assurance processes.

Responsibilities

Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems.

Coordinate work tasks and interface effectively with all levels of employees and management.

Document requirements, recommend solutions, configure SAP PM, and perform mass loads of data.

Work with the Technical Team members to implement custom solutions, test, train users, and maintain documentation.

Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience (typical experience 7‑10 years).

Or Master’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience (typical experience 7‑10 years).

Or PhD.

Applicants without a bachelor’s degree may be considered based on a combination of 12 or more completed education and/or relevant experience.

Preferred Job Requirements

Strong working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module and interfaces such as Materials Management, Logistics, Quality Management, and Document Management.

Ability to work as a team player and rally others around a common cause using the agile project‑management process.

Experience with Plant Maintenance interfaces such as Safety and Project Systems is preferred.

Experience with S/4 HANA is preferred.

Security and Clearance Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required. Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence‑scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
