Base pay range Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Insurance Company, with the exciting prospect of working in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are multilingual, enjoy helping clients, and want to experience life in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and customer support via phone, email, and chat in German
Provide comprehensive information about policy details, coverage options, and premium rates to customers
Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective management
Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
Stay updated on insurance industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry
Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs
Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
