ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in January of 2017 after spending 12 years in the financial industry, bringing a strong foundation in business and financial guidance into agency ownership. I graduated from Cadiz High School and earned my degree in Business Administration from West Liberty University. Community involvement is a core value for our office — we proudly sponsor the Steubenville Nutcracker Village, local baseball teams, and 4-H auctions, and I’m an active member of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local organizations and showing up for our community is an important part of how we do business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Casie Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
