Base pay range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Beacon Hill is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support an organization's compliance and regulatory programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable reviewing policies, monitoring internal processes, and ensuring the company meets applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist with reviewing business activities, documentation, and communications for compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Support the development, maintenance, and updating of compliance policies and procedures
Conduct routine monitoring and testing of compliance controls
Help track regulatory changes and communicate updates to internal teams
Maintain accurate compliance records, logs, and documentation
Assist with investigations, audits, and regulatory reporting
Support compliance-related projects and process improvements
Qualifications
2-5+ years of compliance, risk, or audit experience
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's industry
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with compliance or governance software a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field preferred
