What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage strategic ProAV partners and drive sales growth to meet or exceed quota

Identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships with enterprise companies

Create and present account plans using visual tools to leadership

Coordinate internal resources to meet partner performance objectives

Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree with 8–9 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ProAV channel sales

Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 50% of the time

Experience in sales operations, sell-through analytics, and CRM systems like Salesforce.com

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation material development

Proven track record of closing sales through effective communication and presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in Display Products and Display Software Solutions

Familiarity with pipeline management and project management

Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
