ProAv Channel Account Executive, Display‑Remote East Coast or Central Headquartered in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., Samsung Electronics America, Inc. Position Summary The Channel Account Executive will manage strategic ProAV partners for the Display Division, driving revenue growth through identification of new opportunities, account management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive awareness and maintain knowledge of Samsung’s B2B product portfolio and market trends.

Manage customer accounts to grow sales and exceed quota.

Identify opportunities within existing and new accounts to generate consistent new revenue.

Create and present account plans using visual tools.

Plan long‑term (1–3 years) revenue growth, product placement, and customer satisfaction.

Develop new business relationships with enterprise companies to increase revenue and profitability.

Communicate and negotiate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Prepare reports and analyses for leadership, establishing business plans and reporting performance.

Coordinate internal resources (support, marketing, service) to meet partner objectives.

Measure and report sales enablement investment effectiveness.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8‑9 years of B2B sales experience, preferably ProAV channel sales.

Independent worker, able to travel up to 50 % of the time.

Channel experience with professional display & LED products and software solutions.

Proficiency in sales operations, analytics, executive partner engagement, and Salesforce.com.

Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience delivering presentation materials.

Excellent communication at all organizational levels.

Proven success in closing sales through written and in‑person presentations.

Pipeline and project management experience is a plus.
