Retail Inventory Associate – Night Time at WIS International
Hourly Rate: $17.00–$22.00, with a productivity-based wage increase of up to $5.00 over 6 months.

This team works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment.
Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.

Move between inventory locations; often walking or standing for extended periods.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred.
No prior inventory experience is required; training will be provided.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfortable learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions. It involves working in low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), using ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasionally traveling via car and plane, including overnight stays.
