Job Summary
This position is responsible for administrative support, leading campus programming and overseeing day-to-day operations of the Intercultural Resource Center and the Veterans Lounge. This is a grant funded position and designated as Campus Security Authority (CSA).
Responsibilities Design, execute, and assess campus programs that promote student belonging
Advise student groups
Manage the Intercultural Resource Center and the Veterans Lounge
Support supervision of AmeriCorp Vista Team
Supervise, train, and evaluate student employees
Assist with paperwork and documentation for budget fiscal management of department
Serve as office liaison for campus committees
Perform related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications Baccalaureate degree in a course of study related to the occupational field
Current valid driver license with acceptable driving record and pass a yearly Motor Vehicle Report review.
More than one year experience in event planning
Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in a course of study related to the occupational field
More than one year working in higher education or K12 environment
Proposed Salary
$44,050 per year
