Lead Technical Recruiter/Sales Executive Project Manager (Engineering)

Overview The Project Manager will lead engineering-driven projects from initial concept through final delivery and warranty completion. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and excels at driving projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects and services to ensure 100% on-time and on-budget delivery aligned with defined milestones, schedules, and cost estimates

Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, engineering, and internal departments throughout the full project lifecycle

Coordinate project activities from proposal and preliminary design through manufacturing, field operations, and final payment

Ensure customer approval drawings and documentation are complete, accurate, and submitted per required schedules

Lead and participate in engineering and design review meetings to refine and finalize project designs

Release drawings and required documentation to production in alignment with project timelines

Act as a bridge between Engineering, Operations, Service, Purchasing, and Vendors to resolve issues and drive improvements

Prepare and present project status reports, identifying trends, risks, and recommended actions

Identify and resolve manufacturing and design challenges while implementing cost-reduction initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and design-for-manufacturing principles

Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage schedules, priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Electrical Engineering (BSEE), or equivalent experience

2–5 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or design engineering within a manufacturing or machinery environment

Strong internal and external customer-facing experience

Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Work Environment & Safety Requirements

Fast-paced office and manufacturing environment with frequent interaction with internal and external customers

Occasional exposure to vibration, loud noise, moving machinery, and manufacturing debris

Required PPE may include safety glasses, safety-toed or closed-toe shoes, hard hat, hearing protection, respiratory protection, harnesses, safety vests, and face shields as applicable
