Executive Assistant to Chief Operating Officer & Senior Executives

The Executive Assistant will be deeply integrated into the day-to-day operations of senior leadership, working closely with internal teams and external clients. This position goes well beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, offering exposure to deal-related activity, investor interactions, and cross-functional project management.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic right hand to the COO and Senior Executives, managing complex calendars, global travel, and shifting priorities with discretion and precision
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, investors, and external clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
Support and manage special projects related to operational initiatives, client deliverables, and firm-wide priorities
Coordinate client meetings, roadshows, board meetings, and senior-level internal forums
Prepare and edit executive-level materials including presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting summaries
Track action items, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
Anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Provide ad hoc support on time-sensitive requests and strategic initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Significant experience supporting senior executives within finance, private equity, investment management, or a similarly rigorous environment
Demonstrated ability to function as a trusted partner and extension of executive leadership
Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Comfort interacting with investors, clients, and senior-level stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Polished communication skills and professional presence
High level of discretion, judgment, and integrity
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant seeking long-term growth, exposure to senior leadership, and meaningful involvement in the business within a top-tier finance or private equity setting
