What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Plan and execute marketing campaigns focused on revenue growth to generate new prospects and improve client retention
Translate corporate strategy into actionable marketing plans that drive business impact
Coordinate with corporate marketing to ensure local activities align with brand guidelines
Solve typical problems and communicate moderately complex information within the team
Manage workload independently while performing additional duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
Ability to follow standard procedures and guidelines
Strong understanding of team integration and support quality
Effective communication skills for routine situations within the team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in marketing and communications within the real estate or related industries
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills to assess marketing campaign effectiveness
