Responsible for the overall performance, growth and management of Fort Worth, driving revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with goals and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee daily branch activities including service, parts, sales and administrative functions. Oversee off hours call‑out support.

Financial Management:

Manage branch P&L in line with budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to improve profitability through top line growth and cost/expense management. Track and action KPIs (labor hours, inventory, service throughput) to deliver financial performance.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new parts and service opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff (managers, sales, technicians); foster teamwork and professional development to position W&B as a preferred workplace.

Customer Service:

Serve as a key contact for major clients, proactively resolve customer concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in order to sustain and grow the business.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to all regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven management experience in HVAC, field service/repair, transportation, or a related field.

Strong P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making in high‑pressure situations.

Ability to promote company culture and build strong customer relationships.

Bachelor’s in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

5–7 years of progressive experience in transportation, trailer/refrigeration, or related service operations. 3+ years in a supervisory or management role overseeing staff and budgets.
