About The Role We're looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana – the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500!

Shift Requirement: The hours for this position are from 7am - 5pm, 9am - 7pm or 11am - 9pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.

Pay range: $19–$21/hr.

Starting pay: $19/hr.

At 3 months: $19.50/hr.

At 6 months: $20/hr (additional $0.50 increase every 90 days).

Responsibilities

Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers.

Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car‑hauler to maintain safety.

Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.

Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Obtain a Notary within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).

Obtain access to DMV/title and registration systems as required.

Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees obtain a Chauffeur’s license within the first two weeks; California employees obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).

General Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading onto haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions with inclement/extrême weather.

Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Requires extensive movement including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.

Can grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lb.

Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
