Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Greeter/Miami/Full Time to join our team! The Greeter will greet customers/patients upon arrival and answer questions, and keep the front lobby in order and moving smoothly. Someone with customer service skills or a new phlebotomist is encouraged to apply!
Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:30am-1pm and Saturday 6am-10am
Pay: $17.75 an hour
Location: South Dixie Highway, Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bilingual Spanish and English required
Customer Service experience required (Retail, or Cashier)
New Phlebotomy Graduate preferred but not required
