Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations by leading teams, maintaining service and quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role works closely with senior leadership to manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house coordination, drive operational efficiency, and foster a positive, high‑performing work environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service execution and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team members to uphold hospitality and service standards. Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of staff. Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met. Assist with labor management, scheduling, and cost control. Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations. Support inventory management, ordering, and proper product handling. Maintain opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and administrative duties. Communicate effectively with leadership to identify operational opportunities and implement improvements. Qualifications
2–4 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience. Experience in a full‑service or high‑volume restaurant environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced setting. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills & Attributes
