What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve sales goals in SaaS, software, hardware, and training focused on K-12 school food service
Generate and qualify leads through various lead‑generation activities, including cold calling
Conduct product demonstrations online and in person as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with regional food service management companies
Maintain prospect account data and forecasting in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Three to four years of related sales experience and/or training
Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various audiences
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workplace Apps, Microsoft 365, and other business applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with industry practices and procedures in the K-12 School Food Service Industry
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, timelines, and metrics
Ability to influence decisions and behaviors effectively
Aptitude for numbers, writing, editing, and proofreading
